The Quit Week
This week feels different. Calendars loosen. Inbox noise drops. Most people are off, or at least trying to be. And I keep thinking… maybe this isn’t a week to push.
Not a week to set new goals. Not a week to chase momentum. Not a week to measure progress.
Maybe it’s a week to let things settle. To sit with what this year taught us. To notice what actually stuck.
To rest without guilt.
To be present without trying to optimize the moment. We spend so much time sprinting toward what’s next that we forget growth needs space to land.
This week, I’m choosing quiet over intensity. Presence over pressure. Integration over acceleration. There will be time to run again.
To build again. To push again. For now, I’m letting the season be what it is.
What are you giving yourself permission to slow down on this week?
