Awareness Before Change

As the snow melts from this weekend, the awareness shifts. It’s still gray, but now there are hints of green.

Quiet signs of growth that were always there, just hidden. This time of year makes it easy to rush ahead, chasing the end before the beginning even has a chance to take root.

This month, my focus has been small but intentional: raising my running base, stepping out of autopilot, choosing discomfort on purpose.

Not a dramatic change.

Just steady pressure in the right direction. Progress doesn’t always look loud. Sometimes clarity shows up when we slow down enough to notice what’s already growing.

Where do you find clarity when everything feels in-between?
